Every year Autodom-M conducts a number of programs, trainings and initiatives to improve the culture of health, safety and environmental protection. Activities include induction, vocational trainings, certification and testing for all company employees.

Since 2006, Autodom-M has received certificates of compliance with international standards (ISO 14001), which defines the company's environmental management system aimed at rational use of resources and minimizing negative impact on the environment, as well as an integrated quality management system (ISO 9001) and the occupational health and safety management system (ISO 18001), and regularly undergoes certification procedures for compliance with these standards.
